Enjoy a transformative 5-day experience, where participants enjoy daily yoga practices ranging from energizing Ashtanga, Hatha & Hot, to soothing Restorative sessions with crystal singing bowls. The program also includes mindfulness activities, life coaching, journaling & Pilates Reformer classes. Three nourishing meals are provided each day focusing on gut health and using vegetable grown in our garden (where possible).
